VIRB (Virtues / Improving Relational Behaviours) is a certified social enterprise founded Foundation. Based on the Sunshine Coast, they partner with over 50 schools across QLD and VIC to empower young people through emotional-health education and values-based programs.
At their core, VIRB delivers a suite of services tailored for youth: school-based wellbeing initiatives featuring chaplains and student wellbeing officers; powerful keynote presentations (such as “Hyper Reality” VR-supported talks on empathy, mental health, and resilience); longer-format interventions aimed at transforming behaviours; and accredited facilitator training via their Culture Focused Approach.
The organisation also runs a Flexible Learning Hub in Caloundra for disengaged Year 7–12 students. Programs integrate literacy and numeracy with social emotional learning, entrepreneurship (“Side Hustle”), VR/EEG focus tools, and real-world job experience.
Complementing their educational work, VIRB supports families via its CHATS counselling arm and PATS pet-assisted therapy, and addresses food insecurity through term-based food relief to 14 schools in Queensland.
VIRB extends its holistic wellbeing approach into corporate and community spheres, offering tailored team-building, leadership workshops, culture development training, and emotionally healthy workplace consulting.
Driven by the conviction that character and connection create resilient communities, VIRB reinvests most profits into expanding its positive impact.
VIRB will be on Stand 37 at the 2026 Brisbane Education Fair | Stand 25 at the 2026 Sunshine Coast Education Fair
Entry to the Education Fair is FREE!
