  • We know you are busy, and we want to make the bump-in process as easy as possible.

    Bump-in is open from 5 pm to 8 pm on the Friday prior. And then from 6 – 8 am on the Saturday morning.

    All tables and stands must be set up by 8.30 a.m.

  • Absolutely! Here is a folder of assets that has printable flyers, posters, social tiles, website banners and more.

    If there is something particular you would like that isn’t in this folder, contact us, and we’ll get that created and over to you as soon as we can!

  • Yes, tables do need to be covered with a tablecloth.

    You can either bring your own or add one to your furniture order by emailing tanya@shoremedia.com.au

  • The shell scheme stand is 3 metres wide x 2 metres deep and 2 metres high.

    The small table backboards are 2 metres long x 1 metre deep on legs 1.8 metres high.

    All wall panels are Velcro adaptable, and you can also use pins, thumb tacks and staples to attach posters. They are charcoal in colour.

  • Table dimensions are 180cm long, 75cm wide, 73cm tall.

  • Yes!

    You will receive an exhibitor WiFi code for the duration of the event when you bump in.

  • Everyone is welcome, so there is no limit to exhibitors.

    You need to register for entry and pick up your exhibitor pass from the Education Fair team when you bump in.

  • Service animals are welcome to attend.

    For anything else, please speak to our team to check whether we can accommodate your furry friend’s needs.

  • Since this event is being held in a sports hall, metal cannot be placed directly on the floor. All furniture provided by us will have felt protectors underneath.

    Displays brought in by exhibitors must have rubber or felt protectors underneath. If you have any questions, contact us, and we will work with you to ensure all displays meet the requirements.

    Material handling equipment must have rubber wheels.
