This workshop is best suited for 9-to-12-year-old boys. Super STARs Boys Wellbeing Workshops aim to Support the Transitions and Resilience of tween boys (9- 12 years). And empower them as they navigate the uncertain seas of puberty and adolescence.
They start with some simple icebreaker games before trying their ‘hand’ at a simple body percussion activity. This encourages cooperation, fosters concentration and stimulates cognition.
